Hello, I'm Lutimo Pazza.
I'm a Tanzanian project management and ICT practitioner, based in Morogoro, Tanzania.

You might have come across my work before over at timopazza.com, where I focus on my professional life: designing data-driven solutions, building M&E systems, leading ICT training initiatives, and supporting community-led development across Tanzania.

But Life Beyond Work is the other half of the story.

This journal is where I set aside the dashboards, project proposals, and indicators to reflect on everything else that makes life worth living: faith, photography, books, experiences, and the quiet ideas that surface when I step away from the screen.

Why Two Sites?

Because life isn't one-dimensional.

My work is driven by values I genuinely believe in: integrity and accountability, community empowerment, sustainable impact, and a commitment to using technology as a tool for good. Those principles don't disappear when I log off but here, I get to explore them differently. Less structure, more soul.
